List any automotive events or other events for which you have served as a volunteer:
The undersigned, desiring to volunteer for the Amelia Concours d'Elegance, a charitable event to benefit Americares, and any related activities to be held from volunteer, does hereby tender his/her application. In consideration of acceptance by Hagerty Events, LLC of this application, the undersigned does hereby: (1) release Hagerty Events, LLC and its affliates, officers, directors, and employees, appointees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability arising out of said event; (2) release Americares and its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability arising out of said event; (3) release the Town of Amelia and its officers, employees, agents, servants and assigns from any and all liability arising out of said event; (4) release sponsor companies and their employees, vendors, and other exhibitors from any and all liability arising out of said event; and (5) warrant that the undersigned has personally read the liability release.
You must be at least 16 years of age to participate as a volunteer and physically up to the demands of each assignment. Completion of this application/questionnaire does not guarantee a volunteer assignment.
