Parking is available on the fairways of the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Conveniently located at the event site, this is the closest parking area on the island. There is plenty of space available and it is a very short walk to the entrance. Signage is posted off of Fletcher Ave and Amelia Island Pkwy, with arrows pointing to the parking lot entrances.

The Amelia events will be held rain or shine; all tickets sales are final. Hagerty reserves the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions or emergency. In the case of the event’s cancellation, refunds will be issued in full.
Re-entry is permitted to both Cars & Community and Concours d'Elegance with the corresponding event wrist-band and/or credential, given at the time of entry to the event. Wristband is void if tampered with or damaged. Going through metal detectors every time you enter is required.
Yes, strollers are welcome after passing through our security screening at the gate. Individuals requiring personal mobility scooters and wheelchairs are also welcome on to the show field. Please note that the terrain is includes both golf course grass and paved golf cart paths.
Several shuttle busses with wheelchair/scooter lifts are in service at the Fernandina Beach Airport on Saturday and Sunday for those who elect to park at that location. Individuals with a handicapped permit will be able to use the Driving Range off Scott Road parking service at $40/day on Saturday and Sunday. Golf Cart shuttles are provided to the show field.
A multi-passenger golf cart will be circulating around the perimeter of the three fairways for those individuals with mobility issues. This service provides transportation to and from the entrance and exit of the show field and from rest benches. It is not for individual guided tours.
Benches have been placed along the golf cart paths.
Individuals with a handicapped permit may bring personal mobility scooters and wheelchairs on to the show field. The 1st, 10th, and 18th fairways have a golf cart path running around/along the perimeter. To access various areas of the golf course please make sure your mobility device is suitable for golf course terrain.
Mobility scooters are for rent from Amelia Home Health Services (904-261-2111) or Action Disability Resources (904-777-1979).
Due to the safety of all patrons attending the Concours, no private golf carts will be allowed on the golf course or available for rent during the event.
Pets are not allowed, for the safety of all attendees and vehicles. Service animals, with current registration, must remain by the handler’s side at all times. Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
You may not enter with weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, fireworks, or drones. Pop-up tents, beach umbrellas, and sport equipment like balls and frisbees are not permitted. There is no smoking or vaping on the show fields, and no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or out.
Everyone and all items are subject to security screening and/or bag check upon entry and at any time inside the venue. All attendees of Cars & Community and Concours d'Elegance will need to go through metal detectors at the entrance. Small purses will be allowed on the show field, but backpacks and tote bags are strongly discouraged unless required for medical or family needs (i.e. diapers, bottles).
